NCOA

National Council on Aging (NCOA) is a network of organizations and individuals that are dedicated to improving the lives of older adults. Their Benefits Check-Up (BCU) online tool was designed to educate seniors about available financial assistance. The program was challenged by very low awareness, and NCOA wanted to increase site traffic to help them process more screenings and achieve more successful outcomes for seniors in need.

Martino Flynn developed a complete program that helped BCU acquire the necessary funding to continue its mission. We redesigned the site to be more user-friendly; created a PSA that showed how the lives of seniors in need were transformed; executed a media plan to increase awareness; and developed educational tools to help NCOA representatives attain their sponsorship and fundraising goals.
